About Gail Spangler
Gail is the founder and driving force behind GSP. As a marketing and promotions expert, Gail combines business-savvy, creativity, media and technology into a powerful, integrated force. The success of this cross-platform strategy was developed through an innovative partnership with her first client – and included landing multiple book deals, national TV, radio and speaking appearances, spokesperson work, internet, media tours and other sponsorship projects. It was the success of this enterprise that lead Gail to open her own consulting business, dedicated to branding and marketing talented people.
From there, Gail has evolved her consultancy to include sponsorship and business development between a variety of company’s and Fortune 500 sponsors.

Gail’s experience includes eleven years in the advertising world -- most notably for Hal Riney & Partners, the London-based Austin Knight Inc., and Grey/SF. It was during her agency years, Gail first realized her special talent for working with highly creative people. From there, Gail went on to work in wine country/tourism PR and then the internet world as the Communications Director for the New York Times' WineToday.com.
During her five year stint with the Times Company, she became immersed in the booming Internet world, and realized that melding technology, lifestyle and creativity is a powerful thing. It was also for the Times Company she first began writing and producing television segments.

"From TV and books, to online, high-level speaking engagements and media appearances, there have never been more outlets for talented experts. The key is pinpointing the opportunities, getting in the front of the right people -- and properly marketing your assets. It’s a full-time job for any busy author or expert. That’s where GSP comes in."

-Gail Spangler, President

“In addition, we know busy event organizers, production and PR companies may need additional help securing sponsors, talent and strategic partners for their projects. We can help there as well, often on a project by project basis.”
